CNC Machining (Computerized Numerical Control) is the most frequently used industrial manufacturing technology in the different metal and plastic machining processes.
The machining of plastics is an excellent technique for the manufacture of rapid prototypes, as well as for the production of short series of plastic parts. The CNC machining process is especially suitable for the transformation of all types of technical plastics, such as anti-flame plastics (V0), plastics for food use, sliding plastics or certified materials (UL, ISO, ASTM), among others.
The numerical control machining operation allows us to manufacture at an accelerated pace and with the highest precision. At Produck we offer machined parts with accuracies up to 0.025mm.
